He is an exceptional Radiologist and a key leader in the Anandaloke Group of Companies. A brilliant student throughout his academic career, he earned his MBBS from the prestigious Nil Ratan Sircar Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata, following a commendable rank in the WBJEE Medical exam. He pursued his post-graduation (MD) in Radiodiagnosis from NHL Medical College, Ahmadabad, under Gujarat University, where he gained comprehensive expertise across all modalities, including X-ray, USG, CT, MRI, and Non-Vascular Interventions. Dr. Pramanik further refined his clinical skills during his tenure at Lokmanya Hospital and Sancheti Hospital in Pune before returning to Siliguri.

As the Chief Consultant – Radiodiagnosis at Anandaloke Sonoscan Centre, Dr. Pramanik has been instrumental in transforming the facility into a leading referral center. He spearheaded the establishment of the CT and MRI departments, overseeing the implementation of state-of-the-art technology, including the first 3 Tesla MRI in the North Bengal region (2020), a 160-Slice MDCT (2025), and the installation of PET CT Scan & Gama Camera (2023) for oncology services. Under his leadership as Director, He has pioneered specialized investigations—such as Multi-Parametric Prostate and 3D-Neurography—solidifying Anandaloke Sonoscan Centre’s position as the biggest and most advanced healthcare facility in the region.
