What to Expect

Your journey from consultation to results, explained.

  1. 01Before

When should I consider this test?

Cardiac diagnostics are recommended if you experience symptoms such as chest pain, irregular heartbeats, unexplained shortness of breath, or dizziness. They are also vital for monitoring existing heart conditions, assessing fitness before a major surgery, or as part of a routine checkup if you have a family history of heart disease.

  2. 02During

    What happens during the procedure?

For an ECG or Echo, small sticky pads (electrodes) are attached to your chest to monitor electrical activity while you lie comfortably. During an Echo, a technician will glide a small ultrasound probe over your chest. For a TMT, you will walk on a treadmill while your heart rate and blood pressure are continuously monitored by a physician.

  3. 03After

How soon will I get my report?

Results for ECGs and Echocardiograms are immediately generated. The consulting cardiologist will review the data, and your finalized report is typically handed to you on the same day.
