Advanced Diagnostics for Urinary Tract Health
Our Urology diagnostic department focuses on functional testing of the bladder and urinary tract. Utilizing specialized equipment, we measure how well the bladder holds and releases urine. These discrete, highly accurate tests assist urologists in diagnosing incontinence, prostate issues, and voiding dysfunctions for patients across Siliguri, Nepal, and North Bengal.

Comprehensive Services & Tests Offered
Uroflowmetry
A simple, non-invasive diagnostic test that evaluates the function of the lower urinary tract by precisely measuring the volume of urine released, the speed of release, and the total duration of urination.
Urodynamics
A highly comprehensive, multi-step study that deeply assesses how the bladder, sphincters, and urethra are performing their job of storing and releasing urine.
Highlighted Procedures

Uroflowmetry
The front-line test for men experiencing weak urine streams or difficulty starting urination, providing a rapid graphical assessment of flow rate.

Comprehensive Urodynamic Study
Often requested before bladder or prostate surgery, this test measures exact pressure inside the bladder to differentiate between muscle weakness and physical blockages.
What to Expect
Your journey from consultation to results, explained.
- 01Before
When should I consider this test?
Urological testing is recommended if you are experiencing frequent urges to urinate, painful urination, involuntary urine leakage (incontinence), difficulty starting a urine stream, or a feeling that your bladder is not completely emptying. It is highly common for men monitoring prostate health.
- 02During
What happens during the procedure?
For a Uroflowmetry test, you simply urinate into a specially equipped, private toilet that electronically measures your flow. For a full Urodynamic study, a very small, lubricated catheter is temporarily and gently inserted into the bladder to measure internal pressures as the bladder fills and empties. We ensure absolute privacy and dignity throughout.
- 03After
How soon will I get my report?
The equipment generates immediate digital graphs and metrics. A formal report summarizing the findings will be available on the same day for your urologist to review.
